My Background

Jennifer Miner, LMFT is a Children, Marriage, and Family Psychotherapist licensed by the state of California. Jennifer has been practicing therapy since 2014 and has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, as well as with the Department of Mental Health (DMH) in community-based services and hospital based Insurance services. Jennifer is a graduate from California Lutheran University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. Jennifer has been trained in:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Gottman Method (Level 1) for treating couples and intimate relationships

  • Art & Play Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

I aim to assist, encourage, and support you on your journey of healing with compassion, genuine empathy, and respect. My goal is to provide accountability and advocacy while validating your experiences with warmth and humor.
